And many more would do other evil things if given permissive circumstance. But that doesn’t mean the organisation is defined by it. For that to be the case, there needs to be proof something widespread. There is proof for the ruling class in the USA, and there isn’t for PRC.

Yeah, I definitely don’t think it’s a systemic problem in CPC given that there is plenty of evidence that CPC cleans house.
