Slowly realizing that I'm the problem on my team by interviewing another. It's not every day you get a chance to look into a parallel world that doesn't include you and see what's different.

I’m a little wary about the consensus part though. Some decisions should be made by consensus but when there are few experts in a large group it can be easy for them to be overridden. Depending on the situation, sometimes that’s okay, but other times absolutely not.
