* inspired note:
- certainly inspired by a show. you have seen it by now, this isn’t much of a spoiler anymore, is it?
- how about this: i just wont tell you from which one this is. and if u wanna know: send me a dm.
- the rest is my work
here i am again. got too much freetime and been getting a lil lazy. i didn’t redraw the couch, i just copied it. lazy me. very lazy. that’s like when artists just change the eyes and mouth and keep the rest the same! this sucks. imma try not do it. i don’t wanna be lazy.
at least i redrew White here, when they got the bow ~
i tried my best making Lilacs hand movement onto Whites hand look slow and deliberate, but that’s difficult. so now u just get a swirly line.
more purpleposts incoming soon probably.
have a lovely day ~
and if you want to, i wish that someone puts a bow on you.

Reusing the couch could als be viewed as efficient.
I didn’t even notice that its reused…
Not only is it efficient, it also helps with continuity :) as a fellow artist, there is no shame in copy pasting. Especially, but not limited to, complex artworks. Work smart not hard. Unless you really, really want to ^^
imean yeaaaa sure it makes things easier, but i feel its just… eh-…
i have done it previously sometime but every time it felt so very meh to do.
but iguess i also don’t view my stuffs as art cuz that feels so utterly pretentious, so- whatever- yes ur right, it saves time, most peeps don’t notice, it makes things easier… i… i want to pet each panel individually. i want to feed each child individually. i want to plant each kiss individually.
and even if a gradient dies the job- of course i will go over it with an airbrush to add more texture as not doing it feels lazy slazy content farming marketing soulless feelingless drywall cheap-nougut-cream throughput-over-quality bs kinda stuff. and i don’t like that feel. well okay now im really being pretentious-
I get it, I put way too much work into my last uni assignment. It just felt wrong to half ass it, and I had a lot of fun too.
yes!!! exactly, you get it!!! you absolutely get it!!! i also do that ~ i make the like - result documents look suuuper professional and stuff and make it look all kinda like a… like a research paper with correct annotations and stuff…
okay that may just be me tho… anyway, yessss i absolutely get u, just - putting time and effort and… love into some kind of work is soooo fun sometimes, when it matches with you.
yeeee but it feels lazy slazy not-interesting-at-all content farming kinda feel… iguess-
you make the cute drawings however you feel like. I promise you content farming is something else entirely… as long as it’s from the soul it doesn’t matter if you placed every pixel individually or used previous drawings. I mean look at all the memes that slap some text over the same images 100 times (definitely something I do lol) and people like it when it’s funny or speaks to them in some way. Content farming is like “I gotta churn out a video everyday and and minmax the algorithm to drive engagement in order to get better paid sponsorships” I promise you reusing a drawing is not content farming.
That said, if you don’t wanna reuse stuff don’t do. Or you don’t wanna reuse stuff now but maybe tomorrow then that’s fine too. Important thing is you’re doing what you like how you like it, don’t get bogged down in the “correct” or “purest” way of doing it.
