But then you have people who have no idea what they’re doing, but sound like they know what they’re doing. They’re the ones that screw everything up.

That’s how everything works. Nobody really knows what they’re doing. At best you get someone that kinda knows what they’re doing.
But then you have people who have no idea what they’re doing, but sound like they know what they’re doing. They’re the ones that screw everything up.
The problem is that government is filled with total dipshits who have no idea what they are doing, but fully believe they do. Totally incompetent, but totally confident.
