lol … I have one knitted jumper that my Mum made (by hand) for my sister. I got it from her, because she didn’t like it … and one of my exes borrowed it once and stretched it all out of shape :-(
When I said knit garments I meant those made from machine knit fabrics, as opposed to woven fabrics. My dress I referred to was is a commercial rib knit so its very stretchy, and recovers afterwards.
Ah ok, I understand now. I think those have generally been out of my price range TBH … but in September I plan on scouring lots of charity shops in the UK so maybe something will show up :-)
One size difference is fine for knit garments. They are stretchy fabrics that can be worn by larger women, which makes them even more form fitting.
I have a dress that looks great on me, but my wife steals it sometimes and wears it and ooooooooooooooo
