How is that people in positions of power often seem to have no sense of humour… Or at the very least their humour is completely different to mine… Is it just an age/generational thing?
I believe it’s a self-esteem issue. Someone that needs to enforce beliefs onto others could be very much self-aware of people ‘laughing at them’. Had my fair share of colleagues like this from a wide range of age groups and cultures, unfortunately.

Aliko Dangote seems to be a real classy guy:
Wait, the address is “street, house number, Brasil”? I guess he missed 2 levels of data hierarchy there.
I think he don’t need to mention the full address just to show him he know where he live. Street address is enough.
Yeah, it’s a bit odd…
Do I have your permission to cross-post that into !osvaldo12@lemmy.fancywhale.ca ? ( feel free to do so yourself as well, otherwise)
You don’t need to ask for my permission as I don’t own that content, it just something that I found when googling the man.
Cool! Thanks!
Ah I missed that sub, thanks for the link!

The amount of anger in his response is part of what makes this hilarious. Major “I Think You Should Leave” energy.
