Anyway the Stormcloaks are all racist trash. And the Empire kinda doesn’t give a shit about Talos worship and is just playing along until they can out-breed the Dominion and win the next war. But the Stormcloaks brought Thalmor heat down on Skyrim and caused Heimskr to be jailed.
