!torrents@lemmygrad.ml will not work and neither will https://lemmy.fmhy.ml/c/torrents@lemmygrad.ml Anyone know why?

Figured they weren’t federated to each other. But, a question: is there any way I can confirm it? A map or a table that tells which instances are and are not federated to one another?

Lemmy.world is federated to it.
