Minnie suddenly got really sick last thursday. We took her to the vet. They did some an xray and blood tests. The vet said that her blood values were all over the place. That it would be for the best if we let her go.

Then, on Wednesday, we got a call that maybe there’s a chance. We brought her in again. She got infusions, she laid on a little warm blanket, she ate. She seemed better. Until she didn’t.

She got worse. We let her go.

You were such a wonderful cat, Minnie. You stayed with us for 15 year, I hope you were able to enjoy them. I loved you so much. But you’re free now. No more suffering, no more exhaustion.

It will be lonely without you.
