I would bet on it just being natural then. It can get fairly high naturally. I’m curious what your Geiger counter was reading? I’m sure you don’t remember, if you even knew when it happened. It could just be that it was set to alert you to even minor radiation sources and it wasn’t actually a meaningful amount of radiation. Just a little natural uranium or something that you don’t need to be worried about.
