Can’t even memorize the name. Is a meme format even good if you can’t memorize it?

She’s often referred to as Menhera-chan, but her actual name is Kurumi-chan. Menhera is a Japanese word that refers to a woman with a mental health disorder, for context. There is more to the Menhera subculture than just Kurumi-chan, but I don’t feel like going on a long rant. You can read about it here.

That manga is so depressing. You keep hoping she’ll get a better handle on her doomed romantic obsessions, and every single time she falls flat on her face. I skimmed through, hoping there would be some resolution, but it just went on and on and on. It feels like the whole point of the story is to laugh at her, which is really cruel and gross.

At least her aesthetic has been far more wholesome online. She was always really expressive, so it makes sense that her stickers were popular.

I might give it a shot. A lot of stories actually lose a lot of relatability when the characters improve over time. They basically walk away slowly
